The Project Manager is responsible for managing daily issues across various projects, maintaining accurate cost records related to installation, review, and additional-to-contract costs, and serving as an effective liaison between customers, site teams, drafting, and production departments.

Role and responsibilities:

• Oversee and document all project aspects, coordinate with upper management to ensure scope and schedule adherence;
• Coordinate with team members to meet project requirements, deadlines, and scope;
• Prepare status reports by analyzing relevant information;
• Manage change requests, informing all parties of impacts on schedule and budget;
• Obtain customer acceptance of deliverables;
• Manage customer satisfaction during project transition;
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of construction project management experience;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with aSa program is an asset;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Fast learner with ability to meet deadlines;
