Summary of This Role

This role manages all aspects of large-scale and complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and with quality. Responsibilities include designing, communicating, and implementing operational plans, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and acting as a liaison across departments to secure resources. The role involves conducting project meetings, preparing status reports, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet project milestones and client satisfaction.

What Part Will You Play
  • Manage projects spanning multiple business segments and resources, including software development, security, IT, customer service, and training. May also manage projects across the enterprise or with third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, to deliver new products or solutions and escalate issues as needed.
  • Handle projects requiring complex customizations, such as new modules or enhancements, often involving cross-enterprise alignment and projects in new geographic locations.
  • Manage project plans, scope, time, and costs, anticipating issues and escalating them appropriately. Resolve conflicts and negotiate with stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Gather project estimates, monitor budgets, and oversee billing. Mentor less experienced project managers and oversee financial aspects of projects, including budget creation and monitoring.
  • Prepare monthly project reports, identify opportunities for revenue increase and cost reduction, and contribute to budget forecasting and re-forecasting.
  • Make independent decisions impacting project delivery, influence team members, and mentor others in decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, and Finance departments for contractual and budget responsibilities, guiding less experienced managers in project planning.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
