Role Overview

As a Project Manager reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, you will lead the development and execution of a transformation plan, focusing on integrating PLM, ERP, and MES ecosystems. Your responsibilities include ensuring system interoperability, fostering innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining KPIs, monitoring progress, and reporting to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation deployment plan aligned with organizational goals, identifying key integration areas to maximize business value.
2. Integrate PLM, ERP, and MES systems to enable seamless data flow, improve operational efficiency, and enhance decision-making and customer experience.
3. Promote a culture of innovation and organizational change by fostering collaboration, providing leadership, and ensuring alignment of transformation efforts.
4. Define KPIs and metrics to track project progression, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management and system integration within complex organizations.
• Strong knowledge of PLM, ERP, and MES functionalities and integration capabilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven leadership skills, including inspiring teams, driving change, and fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ability to develop and capitalize on new business opportunities, set goals, and deliver results.
• Bilingual in French and English.
