Job summary

iVedha Inc. is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to lead a Salesforce implementation from planning through rollout. You will coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The role requires strong PM discipline, excellent communication to both technical and executive audiences, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment in Ontario with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of project management experience or equivalent education/experience mix.
• PM certification such as PMP, CAPM, CSM, PPM, or MPM (proof required).
• Solid knowledge of PM principles, SDLC, and IT project delivery.
• Strong skills with PM tools (MS Project, Visio, Azure DevOps, Jira or Selenium).
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, scope, and risks.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder relationship-building.
• Strong planning, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Experience working with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

iVedha is looking for an Intermediate Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Salesforce implementation. You will manage the project from planning through rollout, working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. The role covers schedule, budget, scope, risk, and communication across all audiences, from the delivery team to executive leadership.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• University or college degree in Computer Science or a related field, and at least 3 years of project management experience (or an equivalent mix of education and experience)
• Project management certification: one of PMP, CAPM, CSM, PPM, or MPM (proof required)
• Thorough knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools, including the SDLC and CPMM IT extensions
• Proven ability to manage small-to-medium, well-defined projects and to develop project budgets
• Strong skills with PM software such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Selenium
• Understanding of:
• Application and database development, acquisition, and maintenance processes
• Business software evaluation and acquisition
• Technical competencies in IT products and methods at the decision-making level
• Technology infrastructure product evaluation and acquisition
• Progressive knowledge of IT service delivery best practices (SDLC, COBIT, ITIL)
