Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000

  • Full-time / permanent position
  • The listed base salary depends on project volume, gross margins, industry experience, and relationships. Total compensation, including commissions and bonuses, will be discussed during the interview process.

Project Managers are responsible for:

  • Collaborating with insurance adjusters to ensure a smooth experience for clients.
  • Maintaining quality control on all job aspects.
  • Taking ownership of projects, representing your professional standards.
  • Providing excellent customer service to property owners, businesses, and families.
  • Assessing damages and defining the scope of work.
  • Managing and directing restoration staff during disaster response, cleaning, packing, rebuilding, and project completion.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of project management experience in restoration.
  • Experience with Xactimate software.
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent communication.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Willingness to work after hours and on weekends.
  • Problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Clean criminal background.

Note:
