Summary of This Role

Administer projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring all projects or initiatives are completed on time, with quality, and within budget. Projects typically have small to moderate scopes and may support larger, complex projects. Develops or implements project plans, monitors progress and performance, and manages issues to minimize delays. Facilitates analysis of project requirements, estimates resources, costs, and timelines, and ensures project goals are met within parameters. Conducts meetings, prepares reports, and communicates project status. Collaborates with stakeholders, sets priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates staff to meet targets and ensure satisfaction.

What Part Will You Play?

• Manage projects across multiple functional areas like Training, IT, Marketing, etc.
• Work with internal teams or support multiple delivery managers, primarily with internal stakeholders but possibly with external ones.
• Handle projects requiring minor customizations to standard processes and checklists.
• Guide project plans that include standard templates with minor revisions for customization.
• Identify issues needing escalation, typically to supervisors or within the project team.
• Lead projects with potential scope changes, requiring collaboration and negotiation.
• Ensure accurate project estimation and billing.
• Monitor and track budgets, requesting assistance for variances.
• Make minor decisions with minimal impact on schedules.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 Years Relevant Experience in Project Management, preferably in info security or cyber security

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Familiarity with Smartsheet
• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Experience with JIRA or similar tools
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
