Garland Commercial Ranges is looking for a Project Manager II!
Under broad supervision, the Project Manager II is accountable for providing expertise, support, and control for a business line’s projects / programs including developing program / project management best practices / templates and providing training / mentoring to project teams, monitoring dependencies across multiple inter-related projects, gathering and reporting consolidated project status and financial information to leadership. The Project Manager II is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources / processes to achieve project / program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Responsibilities typically include working independently with limited supervision and coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex. The Project Manager II manages and oversees all aspects of a project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget. In this role, the individual will have an overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverables. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project. May require certification in Project Management. Typically requires 7-10 years of related experience.
Reporting to the Director, Clamshell Grills, this position is based in our Mississauga, Ontario, facility. This is a full-time, permanent role that is a replacement for headcount.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required, experience with Microsoft Project.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or experience instead of a degree.
Heavy computer use.
