Job Description



  • Lead and manage construction projects from initial planning through to close-out, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.


  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project momentum and resolve any issues promptly.


  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy on site.


  • Monitor project progress using scheduling tools and update stakeholders on timelines and deliverables.


  • Prepare and manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs, meeting minutes, and reports.


  • Support procurement processes, including sourcing materials and awarding sub-trade contracts.


  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to all applicable building codes and regulations.


  • Foster strong communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum 5 years- 8 years of experience managing construction projects within the ICI and/or multi-residential sectors for a General Contractor.


  • Strong working knowledge of construction methodologies, Ontario Building Code, and project lifecycle management.


  • Proficient in digital project tools such as scheduling software, document control systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Skilled in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.


  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a track record of managing multiple active projects simultaneously.


  • Effective communicator with proven leadership and team coordination experience.


  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology, or a related field.


  • Certifications such as PMP, LEED, or Gold Seal considered an asset.


  • Must hold a valid driver's license and be comfortable traveling to project sites across the region.
