Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager - Level 3 to lead and deliver IM/IT projects aligned with strategic business goals. This position is primarily onsite in Fredericton, though remote work may be permitted for New Brunswick-based resources (subject to approval). The successful candidate will manage complex, multi-faceted projects and lead diverse teams in a dynamic, Agile environment.

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. A university degree in Business Administration or IT; OR a college diploma (in a related field) with relevant experience.
2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Management / Information Technology (IM/IT).
3. At least 2 years' experience in full lifecycle delivery using Agile methodology.
4. At least 5 years' experience in Project Management, including managing multiple related projects, aligning with strategic objectives, coordinating cross-project teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and facilitating communication.

Scored Requirements

Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following experience:

1. 5+ years as a Senior IT Project Manager in system development and support.
2. 5+ years leading cross-functional business and technical teams, both in-house and external.
3. 2+ years involved in change management planning, especially around project-driven organizational change.
4. 5+ years in cost estimating, resource planning, and time management.
5. 5+ years of knowledge and practical application of IT system concepts and their impact on business processes.
6. Current certification in one of the following: PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2.
7. 2+ years experience with Agile lifecycle delivery, including Concept, Inception, Iteration, and Release phases.
8. Ability to communicate effectively in French, verbally and/or in writing, supported by past experience.
