We are looking for a minimum 14-month contract maternity leave Project Manager, Hotel Infrastructure & Facilities to join our Hotel Capital Management team. Ideally located in Banff, AB, you will be a key member of the Hotel Capital Management Team responsible for capital reinvestment across seven iconic Canadian Hotels.
The Project Manager, Hotel Infrastructure & Facilities is responsible for planning and executing replacement, refurbishment, and restoration of technical projects in line with capital reinvestment strategies. This requires an independent technical facility expert with a broad knowledge of buildings / facilities, design and construction, and property operations.
Responsibilities :
Assemble and lead multi-disciplinary design teams toward project objectives
