Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and manage projects, schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, on-site staff, and design consultants.
• Assist in project selection and control project scope, costs, and progress reports.
• Hire and negotiate with sub-contractors to ensure cost-effective work within scope.

Qualifications:

• Currently in a Project Manager role working on high-rise buildings.
