You as a Project Manager (Heavy Civil) will:

• Provide comprehensive construction management from pre-construction to completion, including design, coordination, budget, and schedule, in collaboration with the Superintendent.
• Prepare accurate and timely billing for owners and ensure prompt payment of subcontractor invoices.
• Meet with owners and architects professionally, communicating effectively about concerns and interests.
• Monitor and forecast project costs, ensuring alignment with estimates and maintaining positive cash flow.
• Lead project meetings with internal and external teams to support ongoing development.
• Report project progress and risks to the Area Manager and management.

Is this the right role for you?

• You have 5-7 years of Heavy Civil experience working on roads, bridges, earthworks, or similar projects.
• You hold a construction-related degree/diploma and have 5-8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• You possess knowledge of construction scopes, scheduling, project management, and software.
• You can mentor and delegate effectively to a large team while maintaining strong client relations.
