We are actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex pump station and wastewater treatment projects across Eastern Ontario. This role suits a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with strong technical knowledge and proven leadership in civil and mechanical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Manage pump station projects from planning to completion.
  2. Coordinate teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and field staff, ensuring effective communication.
  3. Engage with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to align project goals.
  4. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet milestones and financial targets.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality assurance, and environmental regulations.
  6. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly.
  7. Mentor junior team members for their professional growth.
  8. Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing pump stations, water/wastewater, or similar infrastructure projects.
  • Mechanical knowledge related to pump station equipment is strongly preferred.
  • Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in project leadership, budget management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, environmental guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
