Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and solutions-driven Project Manager to join our team at Rosor Exploration. In

this role you will lead the coordination of operations across remote field environments ensuring seamless

alignment between clients vendors and in-field crews. You ll be the operational anchor balancing logistics

timelines and team communication to keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule. This role demands a

confident communicator with a sharp eye for detail someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in

delivering results. Prior experience in field-based project execution and logistics coordination is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Field Team & Operations Management : Oversee remote operations and support in-field teams by ensuring

resources travel logistics and equipment are in place to meet production goals.

Timeline & Logistics Coordination : Develop and manage project timelines and logistics proactively resolving

conflicts to keep all parties aligned and on track.

Client & Vendor Communication : Act as the primary liaison for clients and vendors ensuring clear timely

communication alignment on deliverables issue resolution and high-quality service delivery throughout the

project lifecycle.

Project Planning & Reporting : Develop and track project plans resource allocations and risks while

maintaining documentation and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.

Budgeting : Create and manage project budgets monitor actual costs against forecasts and report variances

to ensure financial accountability and control.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in operations management logistics engineering or a related field (or equivalent

experience).

3 years of experience in project coordination or operations management

Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams multiple projects budgets and shifting priorities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; confident in client- and vendor-facing roles.

Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Zoho Projects MS Project ClickUp Asana or equivalent).

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
