Project Manager - Eurofins Environment Testing

Primary Purpose : This position is responsible for acting as the primary contact for clients on the phone or in person, ensuring all client requirements are met with respect to data accuracy, regulatory requirements, turnaround time, pricing, and bottle sets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Fielding customer environment testing enquiries and questions
  • Receiving feedback from clients and arranging appropriate responses to needs
  • Communicating to customers any deficiencies in samples or chain of custody data
  • Discussing the project with the client to ensure clarity of the requirements, if necessary
  • Preparing bottle orders for customer service and arranging transportation if necessary
  • Working with department supervisors to track client data to ensure on-time delivery
  • Communicating any anticipated delays to customer prior to due date
  • Following up on any DQR requests from customers
  • Occasionally preparing quotations with the guidance of the Sales Executives
  • Assisting with administration tasks
  • Other related duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements :

  • University degree or college diploma in a related field
  • Good understanding of IT and PC applications and software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Aquis, etc.)
  • LIMS and transfer program experience considered an asset
  • Self-starter, ambitious, and energetic
  • Lab experience considered an asset
  • Environmental testing experience considered an asset
  • Regulatory experience considered an asset
