The opportunity
This is a newly created opportunity for an early-career construction professional looking to grow beyond traditional estimating or project coordination into a role with end-to-end project ownership.
Reporting to the Vice President, Client Services, the Project Manager / Estimator will lead commercial architectural wall system projects from initial estimate through installation and project closeout. In this role, you will manage projects involving prefabricated wall systems, demountable walls, architectural glass, and operable walls, serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
You will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, managing project execution, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and installation partners, and maintaining strong client relationships. Balancing technical expertise with exceptional organization and communication skills, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This hybrid role is based in Mississauga, Ontario. During your first three months, you will primarily work from the office to build relationships, develop product knowledge, and become familiar with our processes. Following onboarding, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule that balances time between the office, client sites across the GTA, and remote work, depending on project requirements.
Who you are
You are a construction professional who enjoys understanding how projects come together—from initial concepts and estimates through successful completion.
Whether your background is in construction estimating, project coordination, assistant project management, or related commercial construction roles, you are looking for an opportunity to broaden your experience and take greater ownership of your work.
You enjoy solving problems, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and keeping projects moving forward. You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy.
You communicate confidently and professionally, even when conversations become challenging. You know how to set expectations, build trust, and follow through on commitments.
Most importantly, you are eager to learn. You want to develop your expertise in estimating, project management, and architectural wall systems while working alongside an experienced team that values collaboration and continuous improvement.
What’s in for you
Build your career. This is an opportunity to expand beyond traditional estimating or project coordination into a role where you will own projects from the first client conversation through successful installation. You will gain experience across estimating, project management, construction coordination, and client relationship management while working alongside experienced leaders who will support your development.
Own your work. Rather than managing only one phase of a project, you will oversee the entire lifecycle. You will prepare estimates, coordinate project execution, manage client expectations, and see your work come to life on-site.
Work with innovative construction solutions. You will develop expertise in prefabricated architectural wall systems that provide flexible, sustainable alternatives to traditional construction methods. You will play a role in delivering solutions that help clients create adaptable commercial spaces.
Flexibility and rewards. After completing onboarding, you will enjoy a flexible work environment that supports a mix of office, site, and remote work. You will also have the opportunity to earn performance-based compensation tied to successful project delivery and profitability.
