Description

This is an exciting Project Manager position for a highly experienced ERP Migration Project Manager to lead a critical GL Migration Project. The project involves migrating from the current ERP platform to other platforms. You will be reporting to PMO, collaborating closely with the Business C-Suite, internal technology teams, and key integration vendors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP migration and financial systems integration, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery within mid-sized to large complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end migration of the General Ledger (GL) from the existing platform to Workday and SAP.
• Lead project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and status reporting to all stakeholders.
• Act as the primary communication link between C-Suite, vendors, and internal teams.
• Oversee integration activities, ensuring seamless connection between financial systems and new ERP platforms.
• Establish and enforce strong project governance and financial reporting structures.
• Ensure projects adhere to defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Manage change requests, issue resolution, and project escalations effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience and 8 years of Project Management experience in ERP migration initiatives.
• Deep expertise in ERP systems, specifically Workday and SAP.
• Extensive knowledge of Finance and Accounting systems and processes, CA or CPA designation preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Integration Management across multiple systems.
• Project Governance and Risk Management expertise.
• Superior stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
