People Consulting – Project Manager - Enterprise Systems Implementation

The opportunity

We seek a proactive and strategic Project Manager to support the implementation of HCM or ERP systems across departments. This role ensures business units are prepared for changes, processes are aligned, and stakeholders are engaged throughout the transformation.

Your key responsibilities
  1. Act as liaison between project teams and stakeholders to assess readiness for HCM/ERP implementation.
  2. Conduct impact assessments, gap analyses, and readiness evaluations.
  3. Develop and execute readiness plans, including communication, training, and change management strategies.
  4. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment.
  5. Support user adoption through training needs assessment and learning material coordination.
  6. Monitor and report on readiness metrics, risks, and mitigation plans.
  7. Collaborate with project managers, change leads, and consultants for seamless implementation.
Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP or HCM system implementations (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft).
  • Strong understanding of change management and business process transformation.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities across teams.
  • Flexibility and ability to travel.
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • PMP, Prosci Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in public sector or large enterprise environments.
