  • Identify and coordinate dependencies throughout the software implementation life cycle and track key project gates (including stakeholder, architectural and security reviews) to completion.
  • Work closely with third parties and project teams to ensure system readiness and alignment across teams for user acceptance testing and integration testing, refining the approach as Company increases agility through testing and project phases.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and third parties to remove obstacles blocking progress and ensure initiatives are on schedule, escalating as appropriate.
  • Proactively identify and manage delivery issues and risks in accordance with the Company’s risk management framework.
  • Track progress against target completion dates using Jira and other tools; resolve issues impacting plans with component teams and senior program management.

  • Support and track process improvements to improve project predictability.
  • Provide guidance and assistance in resolving issues and removing roadblocks.
  • Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.

  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders across organizations, including remote teams across multiple geographies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
