Job description

Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to hire a Project Manager for their team for an initial 12-month contract. This role is responsible for contributing to the Digital Marketing team's success by leveraging multiple digital channels and buying platform capabilities. The position is primarily hybrid, requiring in-office presence 1-2 times a month.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Be the Paid Media subject matter expert with well-rounded knowledge across all digital channels.
  • Integrate paid acquisition efforts into the overall holistic omni-channel strategy.
  • Stay up to date with digital advertising industry best practices and capabilities.
  • Make recommendations on new ideas and testing opportunities.
  • Identify trends, training, and coaching opportunities for the team to enhance their digital buying skills.
  • Lead the development of Paid Media Acquisition strategy across all digital channels to drive unit sales.
  • Contribute to the overall squad efforts to achieve forecasted sales and revenue goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of industry and/or relevant work experience.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Display & Video 360 (DV360), Google Campaign Manager 360 (DCM), Amazon Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Search Ads 360, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio).
  • Experience working with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Experience creating full funnel strategies with a strong understanding of how full funnel marketing drives business results.
  • Superior writing, research, presentation, and project management skills.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • English language proficiency is required; French proficiency is an asset.
  • Prior experience working with a financial institution.
