Job summary

R.J. Burnside & Associates Limited is seeking an Intermediate Land Development Engineer to lead land development projects from concept to completion.

You will act as the primary contact for clients and external agencies, overseeing schedules, budgets, and deliverables across multiple offices. Qualifications

  • Registered Professional Engineer (PEO) with 7+ years of licensure.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field with 7–10 years of land development experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of design and project management experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, and MS Project.
  • Strong knowledge of municipal and provincial review processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Leading land development projects from concept to completion.

Are you ready to lead impactful land development projects and deliver results that shape communities? R.J. Burnside & Associates Limited is seeking a performance-driven Intermediate Land Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse ICI and Mixed-Use developments while building strong client relationships and driving project success.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading land development projects from concept to completion

Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000

The final compensation offered will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
