NOTE : 100% REMOTE, office located in Montreal, Quebec.Job Title : Project Manager – EDI SAP IntegrationType : 6-Month Contract, 8 hours / day, 40 hours / week Work Experience : 7+ years IT Project Manager, EDI to SAP Integration, EDI 810, 850, 856, 824, SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP MDM, Planview, JIRA, Tibco, middleware, AS2, SFTP, VAN, EDI X12, EDIFACT, PMP, Agile Industry : Healthcare, Supply Chain DESCRIPTION : We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Project Manager to lead and coordinate EDI-related initiatives, including the completion and deployment of an ongoing EDI project and the management of dynamic customer-driven scheduling changes. This role requires deep expertise in EDI transactions and SAP systems, as well as the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of an EDI integration project , including planning, execution, testing, and go-live support.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure new requests / changes are managed appropriately.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (development, operations, SAP, etc.) and external partners or customers.
• Oversee the completion and production deployment of an existing EDI project, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure seamless backend integration and data flow.
• Facilitate partner onboarding, testing, and validation for EDI transactions (e.g., 810, 850, 856, 824 , etc.).
• Track and mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Provide regular updates to leadership, execute daily scrum ceremonies and maintain accurate documentation in project management tools.

Required Qualifications :

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in supply chain, logistics , or technology-driven environments.
• Proven experience managing EDI projects, including mapping, partner onboarding, and transaction testing.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP (especially Sales & Distribution SAP SD, Materials Management SAP MM, Master Data SAP MDM and integration points with EDI).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting customer demands.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Planview, JIRA , or similar project tracking systems.
• Experience with Tibco or similar middleware platforms.
• Knowledge of AS2, SFTP, VAN protocols, and EDI standards ( X12, EDIFACT ).
