AutoScout24 has been offering a comprehensive digital platform for car trading since 1998, catering to private users, car dealers, and partners from the automotive, financial, and insurance sectors. The platform includes a wide range of vehicles and has around 500 employees.

We are seeking candidates experienced in leveraging AI, including Generative AI (GenAI), to enhance engineering productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize workflows. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to integrate AI-driven solutions into daily work processes such as code generation, debugging, reviews, documentation, and decision support, with a proactive approach to exploring and implementing AI tools to drive innovation and streamline development.

The Project Manager will oversee various project management activities within the Registry and Recovery lines of business. Responsibilities include supporting cloud migration, consolidated reporting, compliance activities, and release planning and management.

The Project Manager will collaborate with project coordinators and IT teams to manage deliverables, communicate effectively across disciplines, and handle project planning, tracking, and stakeholder updates. They will facilitate Scrum events, escalate impediments, and support team coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Planning, coordinating, and participating in meetings, including scheduling, communication, and follow-up.
  2. Providing administrative support to Directors and the Project Management Team.
  3. Organizing release activities, logging change records, and ensuring completion.
  4. Reporting metrics to management.
  5. Building strong relationships with cross-functional teams to address business needs.
  6. Supporting CMS software licensing, procurement, and vendor interactions.
  7. Managing FinOps activities.
  8. Planning and executing compliance activities such as PCI and application penetration tests, disaster recovery planning.
  9. Managing budgets effectively.
