We’re looking for an exceptionally talented Project Manager, Development and Planning with strong understanding of the land development process to join our team and play a key role in planning Master Plan Communities.

As Project Manager, Development and Planning, you are detail-oriented with a strong passion for executing all aspects of multi-residential and mixed-use development projects from initial visioning to final execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. With a process-driven mindset and solid business acumen, you have the ability to manage multiple projects at various stages of the development cycle. You will be responsible for overseeing land development to secure approvals, managing proformas, site plan approvals, and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive the project's success.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Leading and managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Leading end to end Project Management including large-scale Master Plan Communities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and municipal officials to secure approvals and manage risk.
  • Overseeing project budgets, cost estimating, and financial forecasting to ensure projects are on time and on budget.
  • Maintaining strong municipal relations, addressing environmental or local community issues, and ensuring smooth approvals for zoning, site plans, draft plans and supporting acquisitions.
  • Driving project success through effective communication, ensuring alignment across teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Identifying project risks, leading mitigation efforts, and handling change orders and budget updates.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience, with a focus on multi-residential and mixed-use development projects, guiding them from visioning to execution.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager on Master Plan Communities, with a solid planning background—confident in coordinating site plan and draft plan approvals and managing complex projects through municipal processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects across various phases, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect the dots and make critical, informed decisions that drive project success.
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of the project is meticulously managed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project, with a solid understanding of project scheduling and budgeting tools.
  • Experience in reading Floor Plans and Working Drawings, with knowledge of Agreement of Purchase and Sale (APS) considered a plus.
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
