Project Manager (Data Platforms, Aladdin and Simcorp systems) - Remote across Canada

Job Description : Our client is urgently seeking a Project Manager.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Proven project management experience within the Investment Management space.
• Strong expertise in project management with experience in hybrid and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Familiarity with Data Platforms, Integrations, and/or Aladdin and Simcorp systems is highly desirable.

Proven Experience In :

• Attending POD meetings and ensuring follow-ups with the business, vendor PMs, and pod leads to assess status and risks.
• Collaborating and coordinating with cross-workstream teams to identify and resolve dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Monitoring timelines, risks, and issues; ensuring appropriate follow-ups and awareness.
• Maintaining key trackers to ensure high-quality data for progress tracking and decision-making.
• Attending and supporting effective Program Meetings and providing weekly updates impacting the integrated plan, RAIDD, workstream status, and meetings.
