Position Summary

LATYS Intelligence Inc. is seeking a skilled and meticulous Mandarin-speaking Project Manager/Coordinator to facilitate seamless communication and coordination between our engineering and manufacturing teams. This role is essential in ensuring projects meet their milestones, maintain compliance, and adhere to import/export and certification requirements. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on organization and precision.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary communication bridge between engineering and manufacturing teams, ensuring clear and effective information flow.
• Manage and track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
• Oversee compliance with import/export requirements for shipments to and from Canada.
• Ensure wireless product certification requirements and standards are met for various markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve project-related challenges promptly.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.

Qualifications

• Languages: Trilingual proficiency mandatory – Mandarin, French, and English.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in the hardware or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of import/export regulations and certification requirements for wireless products.
• Excellent communication, organizational (attention to detail), and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and efficiency.
