Kickstart your project management career with real-world experience! We are seeking a Junior Project Manager who is eager to learn, take initiative, and make an impact from day one.

About the position: You will work alongside seasoned project managers and field teams on commercial construction and renovation projects. This role involves time at our Saskatoon office and at various job sites in Northern Saskatchewan, requiring extended hours and travel, including fly-in/fly-out stays at camps with provided meals and accommodations.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of projects from start to finish.
2. Support budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and progress tracking.
3. Collaborate with subcontractors, site supervisors, and clients to meet timelines and standards.
4. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
5. Prepare project documentation such as RFIs, change orders, and reports.
6. Assist with QA/QC requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Previous commercial construction experience is required.
2. Education or experience in construction, project coordination, engineering, or related field.
3. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
