Industra Construction Corp. is seeking a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of complex construction projects across Ontario.
We are looking for an experience Project Manager with a background in Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), Pump Stations, Heavy Civil, Industrial, or closely related infrastructure projects.
Experience in these environments is essential, as our projects involve complex civil and mechanical construction requiring a strong understanding of heavy infrastructure.
While we value experience gained in sectors such as rail, roads/highways, residential, commercial, or high-rise construction, these backgrounds alone are unlikely to provide the specific experience required for this role. If your experience is primarily in these sectors, this position may not be the right fit.
Industra is a rapidly growing, multi-disciplined, self-perform General Contractor with projects across British Columbia, Ontario, the North, and beyond. Having expanded from approximately 35 employees to more than 200 over the past three years, we're continuing to invest in our people as we deliver complex water and wastewater treatment, industrial, civil infrastructure, institutional, and remote construction projects across Canada.
This role supports projects across Ontario and may also provide support to projects throughout Eastern Canada. As a result, candidates must be willing and able to travel regularly to project sites, spending time in the field working alongside our operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Salary: $120,000-$180,000 plus Quarterly Bonus
Our Toronto office is conveniently located in Mississauga with quick access to major highways including the 401, 403, and 410, making commuting easy from across the GTA. It's ideally situated for those coming from Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, and Vaughan, with a location that helps avoid heavy downtown Toronto traffic. The office is also close to Pearson International Airport, making it well-suited for project travel.
