Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

1. Procurement and Package Coordination

· Review procurement packages from both technical and delivery standpoints.

· Coordinate internal review processes across teams and monitor progress to ensure timely approvals and delivery milestones.

1. Financial Forecasting and Invoice Management

· Assist the VP with budget estimation and resource planning within the annual work plan.

· Collaborate with Finance to develop accurate financial forecasts.

· Review and reconcile invoice data, and prepare regular financial reports for transparency and budget alignment.

1. Risk Workshops and Register Updates

· Organize and lead risk workshops with stakeholders for shared and client-retained risks.

· Update and maintain the risk register, ensuring mitigation strategies and owners are assigned.

1. Change Management

· Collaborate with commercial teams to manage change orders and early warnings.

1. Cost-Optimization and Scheduling

· Review Basis of Estimates (BOE) for target pricing and coordinate with scheduling teams for cost savings.

· Facilitate meetings to discuss value engineering opportunities.
