Position Summary

Reporting to the Regional Director, Capital Development and Projects & Chief Project Officer, the Project Manager, Capital Projects and Planning, is responsible for implementing approved capital planning projects. The role involves overseeing planning, design, and construction phases, liaising with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure operational requirements are met. The Project Manager is also responsible for resolving conflicts and monitoring, controlling, and reporting on project scopes, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Additionally, the role supports master planning initiatives, space plans, and facility redevelopment planning.
Starting salary will be approximately from $88,990 to $111,237, based on education, training, experience, and comparable positions.
