Shepherd's Care Foundation is seeking a Project Manager for Capital Projects to oversee infrastructure projects across various campuses. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture and have 5-7 years of experience. Reporting to the Director, Asset Management, the Project Manager, Capital Projects is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing capital infrastructure projects across all SCF campuses. This includes managing building renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and new construction projects from inception to closeout. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in accordance with SCF’s values, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will lead all project phases, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and building standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Consider applying if you have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, along with 5–7 years of relevant experience (preferably in healthcare or institutional settings). A PMP designation is an asset. This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented leader capable of managing multiple complex projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
