We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Project Manager with buildings and industrial experience to lead and oversee complex projects from bid to completion. This role requires exceptional organizational leadership and communication skills to manage multidisciplinary design teams budgets schedules and client relationships.   • Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans including scope timeline budget and resource allocation
  • Team Leadership : Lead and collaborate with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and milestones are me
  • Client Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients fostering relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • Quality Control : Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with design specifications industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Risk Management : Identify potential risks develop mitigation strategies and resolve issues promptly
  • Budget Oversight : Track project budgets control expenditures and ensure costeffective delivery
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate records of project activities decisions and deliverables
  • Reporting : Provide regular updates to stakeholders including progress reports forecasts and performance metrics

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelors degree in engineering with buildings design experience
  • A valid Professional Engineering (.) license within the province of Ontario
  • At least 10 years experience in a project management role within the engineering and consulting industry
  • Strong knowledge of design and engineering principles construction processes and building codes
  • Proficiency in project management and ERP software (e.g. Oracle MS Project or similar platforms)
  • Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadlinedriven environment
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or similar is considered an asset

The salary range for this position is $95000 $135000. The base salary represents Arcadis hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors such as location skills experience and qualification for the role.
