Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Building Science or a related discipline

Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will lead projects from conceptual design through to completion. Key duties include:

  • Performing and overseeing building condition assessments and field investigations (e.g., leak detection in roofs, walls, windows, and foundations)

  • Providing oversight and training for junior staff
Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000
