We are recruiting on behalf of a leading construction firm for a Project Manager to join their Building Operations team. In this role you will oversee procurement planning scheduling and budgeting for large-scale building and infrastructure projects ($1.5 M $1 B). You ll be responsible for mentoring project teams managing contracts and cost controls coordinating plans and specifications and working closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative client-focused solutions.
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Civil / Construction Engineering or related field
5 years managing major building or infrastructure projects
Deep knowledge of construction codes regulations and financial management
Proven leadership team collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
Eligible for Government of Canada Secret level security clearance
Participation in BC Public Sector Pension Plan
