Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Brand Experience (BX) team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in event production and planning within agency, brand, or similar industries.

This role follows a standard Monday - Friday schedule; however, flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for event delivery is required.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of experiential marketing projects, including events and brand activations, from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and vendor teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations and deliver quality results.
• Develop briefs and oversee production of client work across BX channels.
• Engage with clients and maintain strong relationships through effective communication of project updates.
• Serve as the main contact for vendors, freelancers, and partners.
• Identify risks and challenges, implementing strategies to mitigate them for successful outcomes.
• Stay informed on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance project experiences.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience; agency experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong understanding of live event production practices.
• Positive attitude with a results-oriented approach.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable with writing and presenting ideas and reports.
