Job Summary

Professional in Engineering or Administrative careers. With experience in the automotive sector and team leadership, we are looking for someone who is an innovative leader, capable of driving growth and excellence in the automotive sector through their strategic vision, management skills and customer-centric approach.

Main Activities

As a Project Manager in our team, you will lead and manage key processes to ensure compliance with the objectives of each business unit. Your role will be fundamental for financial control, effective management of human and technical resources, and guaranteeing the satisfaction and permanence of our clients in GP Strategies. Your responsibilities will include :

Strategic Leadership

  • Strategically lead and coordinate processes to meet business unit objectives in the automotive sector.
  • Ensure financial control and optimal allocation of human and technical resources for client success.

Account Growth And Development

  • Maintain and expand account growth, ensuring optimal levels of satisfaction and loyalty with GP Strategies.
  • Design and develop innovative commercial proposals that drive account growth in the automotive sector.

Development And Training

  • Schedule and ensure high quality technical and commercial training for our clients, guaranteeing its update and excellence in the sector.
  • Apply advanced learning and training techniques to maximize team development and process efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the automotive industry, with a deep understanding of its dynamics and challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of learning and training techniques tailored to the needs of the automotive sector.
  • Experience in project management, leading cross-functional teams with strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse areas to achieve common goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate studies or MBA are desirable.
  • English proficiency is a plus.
