Position Information
The Project Manager leads the planning and delivery of operational projects/initiatives across Atlas Alliance partners, coordinating the delivery of assigned projects, and ensuring delivery is within scope, budget, and requirements.
Below are the main responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Manages the planning and delivery of projects/initiatives aligned to pharmacy operations across Atlas Alliance Partners and our shared Regional Clinical Information System (rCIS).
- Manages several projects and initiatives, supporting a culture of collaboration, innovation and data-informed decision-making for Atlas Alliance.
- Engages with project teams, management team, senior leaders, physicians across Atlas Alliance.
- Acts as the resource person for various meetings and working group associated with the projects and is responsible for stakeholder engagement, prioritization, workplan development, ensuring that milestones are met and that the projects are achieving their objectives.
- Develops project strategies, frameworks, and recommendations based on a strong understanding of evaluation principles aligned to the rCIS requirements across the Atlas Alliance
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor Undergraduate Degree (e.g. Business, Arts, Health Services, or equivalent;
- PMP Certification;
- Five (5) years of experience leveraging electronic health records system, preferably Epic;
- Five (5) years of experience leading complex digital clinical projects across multiple hospital partners;
- Five (5) years of leadership experience;
- Ability to lead/coach/mentor;
- Experience with Clinical Information Systems, Epic;
- Strong organizational skills, time management, ability to prioritize;
- Experience with Microsoft 365;
- Ability to develop, plan, and coordinate multiple priorities across diverse stakeholders and partner locations;
- Superior communication skills.

- Master¿s degree (e.g. Arts, Business, Health Administration, or equivalent;
- Experience working in a complex multi- Hospital setting.
