Join EPCOR as a Project Manager, Asset & Capital[Full-time Permanent position] to drive the planning and execution of critical capital projects across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia.
As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of water infrastructure and lead the development of capital plans and oversee the execution of construction projects – ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver sustainable, community-focused solutions, and contribute to the long-term sustainability of essential services.
This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional initiatives and work closely with EPCOR’s Asset Management Office to build risk-based frameworks that prioritize capital investments for both short- and long-term planning.
This position can operate from either our Calgary, Alberta or Regina, Saskatchewan office locations and may be eligible to participate in EPCOR’s Where We Workhybrid program depending on business needs and upon meeting the eligibility requirements.

As our ideal candidate, you possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have strong interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships with clients and indirect reports. You demonstrate superior leadership skills and are able to exercise influence when working in cross-functional groups and work collaboratively with others. To be successful in this role, you must be able to manage multiple priorities, meet or exceed deliverables in a timely fashion.

Hours of work : 80 hours biweekly
Location : This position can operate from either our Calgary, Alberta or Regina, Saskatchewan offices. Alternatively, the successful candidate mayreside within close commuting proximity to Calgary and its surrounding areas
Travel : This role offers the opportunity for occasional travel, up to 20% of the time, to EPCOR facilities across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia. These site visits offer valuable exposure to diverse projects, operational environments, and regional teams, helping you build strong cross-functional relationships and deepen your understanding of our infrastructure across Western Canada.
