Job summary

Acestack is seeking a Project Manager for AI Projects in Toronto to lead end-to-end AI and automation initiatives. The role involves coordinating business, data, architecture, security, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions and ensure governance and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into concrete delivery plans, drive change management, and track benefits and value realization across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end AI and automation projects.
• Skilled in creating and managing project plans, milestones, budgets, and roadmaps.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across data, security, architecture, and engineering.
• Knowledge of AI governance, privacy, security, and Responsible AI standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of AI, Generative AI, Automation, and data-driven transformation programs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate business, data, architecture, security, engineering, and technology teams to deliver AI solutions at scale.
• Define project objectives, success metrics, governance frameworks, delivery standards, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive stakeholder alignment on AI use cases, solution adoption, business value, and organizational change management.
• Translate business requirements into actionable AI project plans and delivery priorities.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and cross-functional delivery activities.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, data privacy, information security, regulatory, and Responsible AI standards.
• Coordinate vendors, technology partners, and internal delivery teams throughout the AI project lifecycle.
• Track project progress, adoption metrics, business benefits, value realization, and key performance indicators.
• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, steering committee updates, and project governance materials.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure successful adoption and scaling of AI solutions.
