THE OPPORTUNITY

You will :

  • Manage project teams for property condition assessments and reserve fund studies by delegating tasks, training junior team members, and controlling costs and schedules.
  • Develop client relationships by understanding client needs and embodying Our Commitment, ensuring client satisfaction and driving return business.
  • Contribute to ongoing business development efforts by delivering high quality projects, attending industry events, and leveraging your professional network.
  • Communicate information concisely and effectively to clients and team members.

You have :

  • 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • P.Eng designation or working towards it.
  • General knowledge of all building systems including structural, envelope, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (ongoing training provided).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting revenue targets.

We will provide :

  • Competitive salary of $88,000 to $110,000 annually plus profit sharing.
  • Group health benefits, health care spending account, and RSP contributions.
  • Cell phone plan reimbursement plus annual allowance for work clothing and equipment.
  • Investment in employee training including training modules, onsite training, lunch and learns, and safety certifications.
  • Opportunity to work directly with and learn from industry leading project directors with over 25 years of experience, including past presidents of OBEC, BCRA, and CCI-Toronto.
  • One-on-one mentorship meetings with senior team members to develop short- and long-term career goals and chart a customized path for your career development.

This role does require a driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
