  • Develop and execute test cases to ensure system accuracy and process compliance.
  • Troubleshoot integration bugs and escalate blockers when needed.
  • Support documentation of accounting procedures and user manuals.
  • Support to internal stakeholders post-implementation with training and tips.

General Accounting & Finance Support :

  • Address ad hoc financial requests and resolve urgent issues as they arise.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Analyze financial data and generate reports for management.
  • Support budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Provide operational support across AP / AR, payroll, and expense tracking when needed.

Your Profile :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field & a CPA designation is mandatory for this role.
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience, with hands-on experience with at least one (1) ERP implementation (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Proven experience with data cleaning & migration : You're passionate about numbers!
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and general financial operations.
  • Excellent Excel and data manipulation skills; familiarity with SQL or data tools is an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Beyond the Technical Skills – What We’re Looking For : We’re not just looking for an accounting expert, we’re looking for the right fit for our team.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and are able to work cross-functionally.

You’re a proactive, self-starting professional who thrives in dynamic environments.

You’re someone comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking initiative when issues arise.

You're a detail-focused and systems-savvy accountant who can help drive ERP adoption and financial process optimization.
