Job Summary

The Project Manager, Supply Planning and Digital Transformation, is responsible for directing the implementation of Aurora’s new enterprise Supply Planning platform, Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro). This role provides end-to-end oversight of the project lifecycle, from initiation and data readiness through configuration, validation, and production cutover. The position ensures that the implementation aligns with Aurora’s business processes, IT architecture, and digital transformation objectives.

Working under the direction of the Director, IT Digital Transformation and ERP, the Project Manager leads a cross-functional team comprising internal IT staff, business stakeholders, and external partners. The role requires coordinating activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring technical deliverables meet quality standards, and managing risk, scope, and budget in line with PMO governance requirements.

Following completion of the Supply Planning implementation, the position will also assume project management responsibility for related initiatives, including Finite Scheduling (PlanetTogether) and Demand Planning. Each of these initiatives forms part of a broader roadmap to integrate planning, scheduling, and forecasting capabilities across Aurora’s operations.

The Project Manager is expected to maintain strong collaboration with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT, providing structured leadership, disciplined project execution, and assurance that project outcomes are achieved on time and within defined parameters.
