Job description

Duration: 6-months initial term followed by up to 18-month renewal.

Role Description:

• Project Managers plan, organize and manage some or all aspects of a project such as project initiation, project planning, project execution and project closure. Projects will vary in complexity, duration, approach and technology.

The Resource must have the following minimum qualifications or experience:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing Information Technology projects.
• Valid PMP Certification or Prince2 Practitioner certification.
• Expertise in project lifecycles, and project planning including resource, cost, and schedule estimation.
• Experience working on a project within a large-scale program requiring integration with other projects and adherence to an overall program strategy and execution.
• Experience working on large Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation projects.
• Experience developing business cases.
• Experience planning and managing projects in a Public Sector organization.
• Experience managing projects utilizing a large system integration vendor.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience managing multiple vendors concurrently.
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
• Strong facilitation skills.
• Strong analysis and problem resolution skills.
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation.

It is preferred that the Resource has the following qualifications or experience:

• SAP project management experience in one, or all, of the following areas: S4HANA, Ariba, Fieldglass, SuccessFactors.
• Strong exposure to SAP Activate Methodology in a Hybrid Agile delivery approach.
• Solid understanding of the SAP landscape, modules, and terminology.
• Ability to liaise between SAP & System Integrator consultants and Business SME's to ensure requirements are met while ensuring the adoption of best practice is maintained.
