Project Manager/Roofing-Parking Lots/Paving
Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project quotes, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines; manage workload and meet KPIs.
  • Identify scope issues and communicate with the team/contractors for resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate through proper channels.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation for communication with customers.
  • Quote and place orders for brand conversion projects.
  • Maintain knowledge of customer/brand products and offerings to address questions.
  • Collaborate with the team and supervisors to resolve complex issues.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, processes, and best practices through training and information sharing.
  • Use internal systems and reporting tools for project management.
  • Contribute to a positive company and team culture; perform other duties as assigned.
Communication
  • Provide clear and concise written communication.
  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders with regular updates and reports.
  • Analyze and interpret documents effectively.
  • Respond appropriately to sensitive inquiries.
  • Communicate verbally effectively with clients and customers.
  • Share expertise, best practices, and lessons learned to promote learning.
  • Escalate issues when necessary.
Critical Thinking
  • Willingness to face challenges and solve problems while maintaining effective relationships.

Qualifications
  • Experience in parking lot/pavement and roofing maintenance.
  • Experience with Service Channel and vendor management.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years in project management within construction.
  • Experience with multi-site retail projects.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple staff members at different levels.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CAPM or PMP certification is a plus.
Pay Range

$72,000 - $108,000
