Your Impact

As a Project Manager, Talent Operations, you will lead and support key initiatives that enhance our global talent acquisition operations. You’ll manage cross-functional projects, optimize recruitment workflows, and drive process improvements that align with our strategic goals. Your ability to manage timelines, collaborate across teams, and leverage data and AI tools will be critical to delivering scalable and efficient talent solutions. This role is based in Waterloo and supports both regional and global initiatives.

What The Role Offers

  • Lead, manage, and measure talent operations projects from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline recruitment processes and implement best practices.
  • Support vendor management, including contract coordination and performance tracking.
  • Oversee background check program and ensure compliance with Canadian and global hiring standards.
  • Drive automation and AI-based solutions to improve candidate and recruiter experiences.
  • Monitor and report on key talent acquisition metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct audits and ensure process integrity across systems and workflows.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of talent marketing and employer branding initiatives.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Talent Operations, Project Management, or Talent Acquisition.
  • Understanding of recruitment practices.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding. Phenom experience is a plus.
  • AI-first and growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement leveraging data.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and creating presentations.
