Project Manager

Agilus is recruiting for a Project Manager in the construction industry in Victoria, British Columbia.

A typical day:

1. Monitor construction site progress
2. Input and maintain databases
3. Review and interpret construction drawings
4. Monitor Bid web platforms for possible bids, prepare and submit estimates for cost of materials, labour and equipment and prepare and manage progress schedules
5. Coordinate installation schedules and oversee job details
6. Assist with other duties within the organization; sales, operations

Successful candidates will have:

1. Valid Class 5 Driver's License - abstract required and own reliable vehicle
2. Familiarity with subtrade bid tendering process, including reading and interpreting contract drawings
3. High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
4. Willingness to learn
5. Above average communication skills both written and verbal
6. Solid computer skills

Total rewards:

1. $35.00 - $45.00 hourly
2. Fully paid benefits package
3. Salary review after 3 months
