About the Opportunity

Are you a driven, detail-oriented Interiors Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality commercial tenant fit-outs? A leading construction and interiors firm in Vancouver is looking for a seasoned professional to lead dynamic projects across the lower mainland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team known for innovation, collaboration, and delivering excellence in commercial interiors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle of tenant improvement and commercial interior projects valued between $500K – $5M.
• Work closely with clients, designers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Lead site coordination and issue resolution through regular site visits and team meetings.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality control on all job sites.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, change orders, and procurement.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience focused on commercial tenant fit outs or interiors.

Proven track record delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of interior construction methods, BC Building Code, and permitting processes.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

PMP certification or Construction Management diploma / degree is an asset.

Proficient in MS Project, Procore, or similar construction software.
