This is a full-time role in our office locations for Project Managers.
We offer a broad spectrum of services, including construction consulting and management, cost estimating, and schedule and delay consulting.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing construction consulting assignments covering these services.
The Project Manager will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, conduct regular site visits, and interface with clients and project stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess experience in managing a team of estimators in the development of conceptual level to highly detailed level estimates and construction audits in the resolution of claims in a wide ranging number of projects.
Ideally the candidate should possess a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in construction quantity surveying, estimating and cost management functions, preferably with site-based experience.
$100,000.00 – $125,000.00 per annum
