Job summary

M3 Development Management Ltd is seeking a Project Manager in Vancouver to lead development and construction projects from planning through completion, building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding results.

Ideal candidates bring a strong technical background, 6+ years in project management, and proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk while mentoring junior staff and supporting business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in project management, construction, development, or consulting.
• Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, contracts, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software; Procore is an asset.

M3 Development Management is looking for a Project Manager to join our Vancouver team.

This role is ideal for a technically strong, highly organized professional with experience in development and construction project management.You'll lead projects from planning through completion while building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of your projects while working alongside a collaborative team to deliver successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk to ensure successful delivery.
• Chair project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
• Prepare and review project budgets, schedules, reports, and key project documentation.
• Support proposal development and contribute to business development opportunities.

What You Bring:
