Job summary

Insight Global is hiring a Senior Business Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives in Personal and Business Banking, focusing on Business Banking. You will manage plans, risks, and milestones while engaging senior leaders and stakeholders in a large, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
• Business Banking experience (products, operations, clients, lending, or distribution).
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Executive presence with the ability to present to senior leaders and executives.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Hands-on experience using JIRA for project tracking and execution.
• Experience working in large, complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities
